NeuroMuscular Therapy
is a scientific approach to muscular pain relief that works to balance
the musculoskeletal and nervous systems to enhance the function of
joints muscles and biomechanics. It examines six physiological factors
that can create or intensify pain patterns:
+ischemia.
+trigger points.
+nerve entrapment/compression.
+postural distortions.
+nutrition and emotional well-being.
From there, NeuroMuscular therapy
offers a program of recovery utilizing specific massage therapy,
flexibility stretching and home care to eliminate the cause of most
neuromuscular pain patterns.
In most cases, follow up
sessions are required to insure muscle memory relaxes to the point that
pain and discomfort is minimal or gone.
